Bahan-bahan

  • 3 sudu besar Minyak sapi
  • 1 sudu besar Halia (dikisar halus)
  • 1 sudu besar Bawang merah (dikisar halus)
  • 1 sudu besar Bawang putih (dikisar halus)
  • 1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk kunyit (bahan A)
  • 1/2 sudu kecil Serbuk ketumbar (bahan A)
  • 2 sudu kecil Serbuk cili (bahan A)
  • 2 sudu kecil Serbuk garam masala (bahan A)
  • 2 sudu besar Pati tomato
  • 125g Yogurt
  • 250g Sayur Bayam, dipetik dan dibersih
  • 200g Keju paneer, dikiub
  • 150g Susu Isian Sejat F&N BUY
  • 1 sudu kecil Garam
  • 2 sudu kecil Gula

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 5 Panasakan minyak masak dengan api sederhana gorengkan sayur bayam sehingga setengah masak. Diketepikan ke dalam mangkuk berasingan.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Kemudian gorengkan keju panner sehingga garing dan diketepikan bersama sayur bayam goreng
  • STEP 3 of 5 Masukkan minyak sapi dalam kuali dan tumiskan bahan kisar sehingga naik bau, tambahkan bahan A dan pati tomato, masak selama 2-3 minit. Tambahkan yogurt dan susu isian sejat F&N reneh gengan api kecil.
  • STEP 4 of 5 Masakkan kari sehingga menjadi pekat dan beraroma, masukkan keju paneer dan sayur bayam, biarkan ia masak seketika. Tambahkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Nikmati Kari Bayam & Keju Paneer bersama dengan roti atau nasi yang digemari.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Onion (finely grated)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (finely grated)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (finely grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (ingredient A)
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder (ingredient A)
  • 2 tsp Chili powder (ingredient A)
  • 2 tsp Garam masala (ingredient A)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 125g Yogurt
  • 250g Spinach leaves,cleaned
  • 200g Paneer, cubed
  • 150g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk BUY
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 5 Saute spinach till semi cooked and leave aside.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Cut paneer into small cubes, fry till golden brown and leave aside.
  • STEP 3 of 5 Heat ghee and saute onion, ginger, and garlic paste until aromatic, add ingredients A, tomato puree, fry for 2-3 minutes. Next add in yogurt and F&N Evaporated Filled Milk, allow to simmer.
  • STEP 4 of 5 Add paneer cubes and spinach into the gravy, seasoning to taste and cook until gravy begins to thicken.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Serve hot with roti or rice. Garnish with cashew nuts and coriander.
