Bahan-bahan

  • 3 biji Telur
  • 80g Udang yang dikupas, direbus
  • 1 sudu besar Bawang , cincang
  • 1/2 biji Tomato, dihiris
  • 100ml Krimer Sejat CARNATION® BUY
  • secubit Garam
  • secubit lada
  • 2 sudu besar Kicap
  • 4 sudu besar Minyak jagung/ minyak masak

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 3 Pukul telur dan kacau dengan sumpit diikuti dengan menambahkan bahan perasa, kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® dan sisa bahan perasa, kecuali udang ke dalam campuran.
  • STEP 2 of 3 Panaskan minyak dengan api sederhana dalam kuali bersaiz sederhana. Tuangkan campuran telur di tengah kuali dan balikkan omelet dengan spatula hingga kembang dan berwarna keemasan di kedua-dua belah pihak.
  • STEP 3 of 3 Hidangkan dan hidangkan di atas pinggan putih

Ingredients

  • 3 nos Eggs
  • 80g Peeled shrimp, pre-boiled
  • 1 tbsp Spring onions, chopped
  • 1/2 nos Tomato, sliced
  • 100ml CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer BUY
  • a pinch Salt
  • a pinch Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Corn oil / Cooking oil

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 3 Beat eggs and stir with chopstick follow by adding in seasoning ingredients, stir until well mixed. Add CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer and the rest of the condiments ingredients, except the shrimps into mixture.
  • STEP 2 of 3 Heat the oil with medium heat in a medium size pan. Pour in egg mixture in the middle of the pan and flip the omelets with spatula until is fluffy and golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 3 of 3 Dish out and serve on a white plate
