Bahan-bahan

  • 3 sudu besar Gula Melaka, disagat (Kuah)
  • 1 helai Daun pandan segar (Kuah)
  • 365g Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® (Kuah)
  • 300ml Air (Kuah)
  • 250g Tepung Pulut (Pulut)
  • 200g Air (Pulut)
  • 3 jenis Pewarna makanan (Pulut)

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 5 Untuk menyediakan pulut, gaulkan tepung pulut  dengan air. Tambah air sedikit demi sedikit sambil dikacau. Bahagikan adunan kepada 3 bahagian dalam bekas berbeza. Titiskan setiap bekas dengan pewarna yang dikehendaki
  • STEP 2 of 5 Bulatkan doh menjadi bentuk bebola dan tekan sedikit di tengahnya dengan ibu jari.
  • STEP 3 of 5 Masukkan adunan tepung pulut ke dalam air yang mendidih dan keluarkan apabila dimasak.
  • STEP 4 of 5 Untuk mennyediakan kuah, masak gula Melaka dalam sedikit air sehingga gula cair. Masukkan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® serta daun pandan segar dan masak sehingga mendidih.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Masukkan butiran pulut ke dalam kuah dan sedia dihidangkan.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Palm sugar, grated (Sauce)
  • 1pc Pandan leaf, tied into a knot (Sauce)
  • 365g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk (Sauce)
  • 300ml Water (Sauce)
  • 250g Glutinous rice flour (glutinous rice ball)
  • 200g Water (glutinous rice ball)
  • 3 types Food colouring (glutinous rice ball)

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 5 To prepare glutinous rice balls, mix the flour with water. Add in the water a little at a time until the mixture takes on a doughy texture. Portion the dough into 3 parts for colouring.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Roll the dough into little balls and make a dimple on the centre of each ball with your finger.
  • STEP 3 of 5 Boil the glutinous rice balls in the hot water and ladle them out when cooked.
  • STEP 4 of 5 To prepare sauce, cook palm sugar in the water until it melts. Add in IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk with pandan leaf and bring to a boil.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Serve the glutinous rice balls with the sauce.
