Bahan-bahan

  • 200g Jagung berkrim (A)
  • 1 L Air (A)
  • 250g Gula Melaka (A)
  • 4 helai Daun Pandan (A)
  • 3/4 tin Susu Isian Sejat F&N BUY
  • 100g Sago, direndam 2 jam
  • 1 sudu kecil Garam
  • 7 biji Pisang berangan, dipotong

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 4 Panaskan periuk, masukan bahan-bahan A dan biarkan ia mendidih.
  • STEP 2 of 4 Kemudiaan dengan api yang kecil, masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan biarkan seketika.
  • STEP 3 of 4 Tambahkan sago yang telah ditoskan. Akhirnya, masukkan pisang dan biarkan masak.
  • STEP 4 of 4 Pengat Pisang sedia dihidangkan ketika panas atau enak dinikmati ketika sejuk.

Ingredients

  • 200g Cream corn (A)
  • 1 L Water (A)
  • 250g Gula melaka (A)
  • 4pcs Pandan Leaf (A)
  • 3/4 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk BUY
  • 100g Sago, soak in water for 2 hours
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 7 pcs Banana, chopped

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 4 Add ingredients A and leave it to simmer
  • STEP 2 of 4 Next with light heat, Stir in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and let it simmer
  • STEP 3 of 4 Add in the drained sago.Lastly, add in the banana and let it simmer for a while
  • STEP 4 of 4 Serve the pengat pisang directly or let it chilled in refrigerator over night
