Bahan-bahan

  • 390g Krimer Sejat F&N
  • 150ml Krim pekat
  • 2 biji Telur
  • 4 biji Telur Kuning
  • 3 sudu besar Krimer Manis Pandan Teapot
  • Scukupnya Gula

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 6 Gabungkan Krimer Sejat F&N, krim pekat, telur,telur kuning dan Krimer Manis Pandan Teapot, gaul rata.
  • STEP 2 of 6 Tuangkan campuran ke dalam acuan ramekin.
  • STEP 3 of 6 Kukus selama 20 minit.
  • STEP 4 of 6 Biarkan sejuk crème brulee sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam.
  • STEP 5 of 6 Taburkan sedikit gula halus di atas creme brulee. Gunakan torch, cairkan gula untuk membentuk lapisan garing.
  • STEP 6 of 6 Selamat mencuba!

Ingredients

  • 390g F&N Evaporated Creamer
  • 150ml Heavy cream 
  • 2 nos Whole egg 
  • 4 nos Egg yolk
  • 3 tbsp Teapot Pandan Squeeze Tube
  • As needed Sugar

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 6 Combine F&N Evaproated Creamer, heavy cream, whole eggs, egg yolks and Teapot Pandan Squeeze Tube together, mix well.
  • STEP 2 of 6 Pour the mixture into ramekins.
  • STEP 3 of 6 Steam for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 4 of 6 Chill the crème brulee for at least 2 hours.
  • STEP 5 of 6 Sprinkle some sugar on top. Using a torch, melt the sugar to form a crispy layer.
  • STEP 6 of 6 Enjoy !
