Bahan-bahan

  • 1 sudu besar Mentegah
  • 4 ulas Bawang Putih, dihancur
  • 1 biji Bawang merah, dicincang
  • 50g Saderi, dicincang
  • 1 biji Lada benggala, dipotong kecil
  • 250g Kubis, dipotong kecil
  • 1 biji Lobak merah, dicincang
  • 1 biji Zukini, dihiris
  • 400g Tin tomato dikupas
  • 2 helai Thyme
  • 1L Stok ayam
  • 250ml Susu Segar Magnolia BUY
  • Secukupnya Garam dan gula
  • Serbuk lada hitam

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 6 Sediakan semua sayur dan ketepikan.
  • STEP 2 of 6 Cairkan mentega dalam periuk dengan api sederhana. Tumis bawang dan bawang putih sehingga bawang menjadi lut
  • STEP 3 of 6 Masukkan saderi, lada benggala, lobak merah dan zukini, tumis sehingga wangi.
  • STEP 4 of 6 Masukkan kubis, tomato, thyme dan stok ayam. Didihkan, tutup dan reneh selama 30 minit.
  • STEP 5 of 6 Susu Segar Magnolia dan letakkan perasan secukupnya.
  • STEP 6 of 6 Hidangkan sup minestrone dengan sedikit lada hitam.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, smashed
  • 1 nos Large onion, diced
  • 50g Celery, diced
  • 1 no Yellow capsicum, bite-size chucks
  • 250g Cabbage, bite-size chucks
  • 1 no Carrot, diced
  • 1 no Zucchini, sliced
  • 400g Canned peeled tomato
  • 2 springs Thyme
  • 1L Chicken stock
  • 250ml Magnolia Pasteurized Milk BUY
  • To taste Salt & sugar
  • Ground black pepper

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 6 Prepare all vegetable and set aside.
  • STEP 2 of 6 Melt butter in a pot over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic until onion translucent.
  • STEP 3 of 6 Add in celery, capsicum, carrot and zucchini, saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 4 of 6 Add in cabbage, canned peeled tomato, thyme and chicken stock. Bring to boil, cover and simmer for 30min.
  • STEP 5 of 6 Add in Magnolia Pasteurized Milk and season to taste
  • STEP 6 of 6 Serve minestrone soup with some freshly ground black pepper.
