  • 120g Tepung Pulut
  • 200ml Susu Krim Penuh Magnolia
  • 30g Gula
  • Secubit Garam
  • 20g Minyak
  • (B)
  • 50g Serbuk Bijan Hitam
  • 20g Gula

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 4 Campurkan semua bahan dalam (A), kacau hingga tiada ketulan.
  • STEP 2 of 4 Tutup dengan balut berpaut dan kukus selama 20-25 minit.
  • STEP 3 of 4 Campurkan bahan-bahan dalam (B) bersama-sama.
  • STEP 4 of 4 Akhir sekali, salutkan mochi dengan campuran bijan hitam sebelum dihidangkan.

  • 120g Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 200ml Magnolia UHT Full Cream Milk
  • 30g Sugar
  • A pinch Salt
  • 20g Oil
  • (B)
  • 50g Black Sesame Powder
  • 20g Sugar

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 4 Combine all the ingredients in ( A ), stir until no lumps
  • STEP 2 of 4 Cover with cling wrap and steam for 20-25 minutes.
  • STEP 3 of 4 Mix the ingredients in ( B ) together
  • STEP 4 of 4 Lastly, coat the mochi with the sesame mixture before serve.
