  • 250ml Air
  • 250g Krimer Sejat F&N BUY
  • 4sudu besar Gula Pasir
  • 1/2sudu kecil Yis segera
  • 400g Tepung gandum
  • 2biji Telur
  • 1/4sudu kecil Soda bikarbonat
  • 1/4sudu kecil Garam
  • 1sudu besar/keping Marjerin
  • 2sudu besar/keping Keju parut
  • 2sudu besar/keping Beras coklat
  • 2sudu besar/keping Krimer manis bervitamin F&N BUY

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 5 Campurkan air, Krimer Sejat F&N, gula pasir dan yis segara. Kacau dan ketepikan selama 10 minit.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Tambahkan tepung gandum, soda dan garam ke mangkuk. Masukkan campuran yis dan telur. Kacau sehingga sebati. Biarkan selama 45 minit sehinga saiz mejadi dua kali ganda
  • STEP 3 of 5 Panaskan kuali 8” dengan api kecil, kotkan seluruh kuali dengan adunan. Tutup dan masak sehingga aduana jadi kering.
  • STEP 4 of 5 Keluarkan martabak, sapukan ia dengan marjerin,F&N Krimer Manis , dan taburkan keju dan chocolate.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Lipatkan martabak dan potong kepada kepingan

  • STEP 1 of 5 Mix water, F&N Evaporated Creamer, sugar and instant yeast. Stir and set aside for 10 mins.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Add flour, soda and salt in a mixing bowl. Then mix in the yeast mixture and egg. Start stirring until it is free of lump and form a thick batter. Set aside to proof for 45 mins, until it is double in side.
  • STEP 3 of 5 Heat an 8” non-stick frying pan with low heat, coat the entire pan with the batter. Cover and cook with a lid on, until there’s no visible liquid batter.
  • STEP 4 of 5 Unmould it, and spread the entire martabak with margarine, follow by F&N Sweetened Creamer, and finally sprinkle cheese and chocolate.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Fold in half then cut it into pieces.
