  • 120g Tepung naik sendiri
  • 200g Gula kastor
  • 3 sudu besar Serbuk koko
  • 3 sudu besar Mentega
  • 180g Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL®
  • 3 biji Telur
  • Secukupnya Parutan kulit lemon

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 4 Masukkan semua bahan bersama Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® ke dalam mixer besar. Pukul adunan pada kelajuan sederhana sehingga sebati .
  • STEP 2 of 4 Tuangkan adunan sehingga memenuhi separuh cawan.
  • STEP 3 of 4 Bakar dalam ketuhar gelombang mikro pada suhu tinggi selama 6 minit .
  • STEP 4 of 4 Gunakan pencungkil gigi untuk memastikan kek tersebut kering di dalam dan sedia untuk dihidang.

Ingredients

  • 120g Self rising flour
  • 200g Caster sugar
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 180g IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 3 nos Eggs
  • as needed Lemon zest

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 4 Mix all ingredients with IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk in a mixer and whisk on the medium speed until the batter is smooth.
  • STEP 2 of 4 Pour the finished batter to fill only half the mug.
  • STEP 3 of 4 Cook in microwave on high power for 6 minutes.
  • STEP 4 of 4 Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the mug cake. If toothpick comes out clean, the mug cake is done and ready to serve.
