  • 650g Mentega
  • 520g Serbuk malt asli
  • 315g Tepung gandum
  • 388g Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG®
  • 390g Sapuan kaya
  • 100g Gula pasir
  • 10 biji Telur
  • 3 sudu besar Pewarna hijau

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 6 Sapukan minyak pada dua segiempat dulang bersaiz 7inci. Lapikkan kertas minyak dalam dulang.
  • STEP 2 of 6 Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga gebu.
  • STEP 3 of 6 Tambahkan Krimer Manis CAP JUNJUNG®, kaya, pewarna hijau dan telur. Pukul sebati. Tepung gandum dan serbuk malt asli diayakkan ke dalam adunan, gaul sebati.
  • STEP 4 of 6 Bahagikan adunan kepada dua bahagian. Masukkan adunan ke dalam dulang masing-masing.
  • STEP 5 of 6 Kukus selama 90 minit. Masukkan lidi untuk menentukan kek sudah masak.
  • STEP 6 of 6 Sejukkan kek dan sedia dinikmati.

  • 650g Butter
  • 520g Malt drink powder
  • 315g Plain flour
  • 388g CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer
  • 390g Coconut jam (Kaya)
  • 100g Sugar
  • 10nos Eggs
  • 3 tsp Green coloring

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 6 Lightly grease two pieces of 7 inches square baking trays. Line a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of each baking tray.
  • STEP 2 of 6 Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • STEP 3 of 6 Add in CAP JUNJUNG® Sweetened Creamer, coconut jam, green colouring and eggs. Beat until well combined. Sift in the plain flour and malt drink powder to the batter, mix until well combined.
  • STEP 4 of 6 Divide the batter into 2 equal portions. Transfer the batter into the baking trays.
  • STEP 5 of 6 Steam for 90 minutes until a skewer insert in the center comes out clean.
  • STEP 6 of 6 Cool completely before cut and serve.
