  • 6 keping Paha ayam tanpa tulang
  • 10g Halia, diparut
  • 80g Kicap
  • 80g Madu
  • 3 ulas Bawang putih, diketuk
  • 300g Krimer Sejat CARNATION® BUY
  • Secukupnya Bijan putih, dibakar

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 4 Campurkan bahan-bahan perapan ke dalam beg kedap udara. Gaul sebati.
  • STEP 2 of 4 Masukkan paha ayam ke dalam beg yang sama untuk diperap selama 3 jam atau semalaman.
  • STEP 3 of 4 Bakarkan paha ayam yang telah perap di dalam ketuhar pada suhu 175°C selama 25 minit
  • STEP 4 of 4 Taburkan bijan putih dan daun bawang di atas ayam. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients

  • 6 nos Chicken chop
  • 10g Ginger, grated (Marination)
  • 80g Soy sauce (Marination)
  • 80g Honey (Marination)
  • 3 nos Garlic, lightly bruised (Marination)
  • 300g CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (Marination) BUY
  • As needed White sesame, toasted (Garnish)
  • As needed Spring onion, finely sliced (Garnish)
  • Secukupnya Daun bawang, dihiris

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 4 Combine all marinade ingredients in a seal bag. Mix well.
  • STEP 2 of 4 Place the chicken chops into the bag and marinate for at least 3 hours or best overnight.
  • STEP 3 of 4 Roast the marinated chicken in a pre-heated oven at 175°C for 25 mins.
  • STEP 4 of 4 Garnish with some sesame and spring onion. Ready to serve.
