Bahan-bahan

  • 70g Mentega
  • 70g Tepung gandum
  • 200g Jagung
  • 200g Ham ayam, didadu
  • 1/2 biji Bawang kuning
  • 2 cawan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL®
  • 1 sudu kecil Garam
  • 1 sudu kecil Lada hitam
  • 1 sudu kecil Serbuk ayam
  • 1 cawan Nestum® Original (salutan)
  • 2 biji Telur (salutan)
  • 1/2 cawan Tepung gandum (salutan)

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 8 Tumiskan bawang, ham dan jagung sehingga wangi. Ketepikan.
  • STEP 2 of 8 Panaskan mentega dalam periuk yang sama atas api kecil dan gaul masuk tepung. Masak selama 5 minit.
  • STEP 3 of 8 Tuangkan Susu Sejat Penuh Krim IDEAL® secara perlahan-lahan sambil gaul sehingga sebati.
  • STEP 4 of 8 Masukkan bawang, ham dan jagung yang telah ditumis. Tambahkan garam, lada hitam dan serbuk ayam. Gaul sebati.
  • STEP 5 of 8 Sapukan sedikit minyak di dalam acuan muffin dan tuangkan aduan ke dalam setiap acuan.
  • STEP 6 of 8 Simpan di dalam pembeku semalaman sebelum masak.
  • STEP 7 of 8 Keluarkan adunan dari acuan muffin. Salutkan dengan tepung, celup dalam telur yang telah dipukul kemudian salutkan dengan Nestum® Original.
  • STEP 8 of 8 Gorengkan sehingga keemasan dan hidangkan seketika.

Ingredients

  • 70g Butter
  • 70g Flour
  • 200g Corn kernel
  • 200g Chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 no Yellow onions, diced
  • 2 cups IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Chicken stock powder
  • 1 cup Nestum® Original (coating)
  • 2 nos Eggs (coating)
  • 1/2 cup Flour (coating)

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 8 Saute onion, ham and corn until fragrant then set aside.
  • STEP 2 of 8 Melt butter in the same pot on low heat and stir in flour. Cook for 5 mins.
  • STEP 3 of 8 Gradually add in IDEAL® Full Cream Evaporated Creamer and stir until smooth.
  • STEP 4 of 8 Add in the sautéed onion, ham and corn. Season with salt, black pepper and chicken stock powder. Stir well.
  • STEP 5 of 8 Brush a muffin tray with oil and add the mixture into each cup.
  • STEP 6 of 8 Store in the freezer overnight before use.
  • STEP 7 of 8 Remove the mixture from the muffin mold. Coat the mixture with flour, dip in beaten eggs and lastly coat with Nestum® Original.
  • STEP 8 of 8 Deep fry until golden brown and ready to serve.
