  • 1 tin Krimer Sejat CARNATION®
  • 2 sudu besar Tepung jagung
  • 5 sudu besar Air
  • 5 biji Mee suah goreng
  • 5 sudu besar Minyak masak (sos)
  • 5 ulas Bawang putih, dicincang (sos)
  • 20 ekor Udang, buang kulit (sos)
  • 1 batang Daun bawang, dicincang (sos)
  • 5 helai Kailan, potong kecil (sos)
  • 500g Labu, potong kecil (sos)
  • 1 keping Dada ayam, dihiris nipis (sos)
  • 1.2L Air (sos)
  • 5 sudu besar Kicap (perasa)
  • 5 sudu kecil Serbuk stok ayam (perasa)
  • 5 sudu besar Sos tiram (perasa)
  • 5 sudu kecil Gula (perasa)
  • 1 sudu kecil Serbuk lada putih (perasa)
  • 1 sudu besar Minya bijan (perasa)

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 3 Untuk menyediakan sos labu, panaskan kuali dengan minyak masak dan tumis bawang putih dengan api sederhana. Masukkan udang, labu,. Tumis sehingga masak. Masukkan air, ayam dan semua bahan perasa. Didihkan dan biarkan mendidih selama 20 minit.
  • STEP 2 of 3 Setelah labu lembut, hancurkan labu. Masukkan daun bawang, kalian dan Krimer Sejat CARNATION®, didihkan selama 1 minit. Campurkan tepung jagung dengan air, dan masukkan perlahan ke dalam sos. Kacau terus sehingga sos menjadi pekat. Keluar dari api
  • STEP 3 of 3 Letakkan mee suah goreng ke dalam setiap pinggan, bahagikan sos dan bahan-bahan sama rata menjadi 5 bahagian. Hidangkan dengan segera 

Ingredients

  • 1 can CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
  • 2 tbsp Corn starch
  • 5 tbsp Water
  • 5 nos Fried mee suah
  • 5 tbsp Cooking oil (sauce)
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced (sauce)
  • 20 pcs Prawns, shelled (sauce)
  • 20 pcs Spring onion, chopped (sauce)
  • 5 stalks Chinese kale, tear into small pieces (sauce)
  • 500g Pumpkin, cubed (sauce)
  • 1 pc Chicken breast. thin sliced (sauce)
  • 1.2L Water (sauce)
  • 5 tbsp Soy sauce (seasoning)
  • 5 tsp Chicken stock powder (seasoning)
  • 5 tbsp Oyster sauce (seasoning)
  • 5 tsp Sugar (seasoning)
  • 1 tsp White pepper powder (seasoning)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil (seasoning)

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 3 Prepare the pumpkin sauces, heat a wok with cooking oil and stir fry garlic in medium fire. Add in prawns, and pumpkin. Sauté until cook. Add in water, chicken and all the seasoning. Bring it to a boil and leave it to simmer for 20 mins.
  • STEP 2 of 3 Once the pumpkin is soft, mash the pumpkin. Add in spring onion, kale and CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, simmer for 1 minute. Mix corn starch with water, and slowly add into the sauces. Stir continuously until the sauces is thicken. Dish out
  • STEP 3 of 3 Place fried mee suah into each plate, divide the sauces and ingredient equally into 5 portions. Serve immediately
