  • 300g Sagu, direndam dalam air selama 30 minit (Lapisan sagu)
  • 2L Air (Lapisan sagu)
  • 1 tin Krimer Sejat CARNATION® (Lapisan sagu)
  • 200ml Air (Lapisan sagu)
  • 1/2 sudu kecil Garam (Lapisan sagu)
  • 600g/ 2 biji Mangga saiz besar dan masak,kupas dan potong kiub (Pes Mangga)
  • 250g Ais (Pes Mangga)
  • 50g Gula (Pes Mangga)
  • 500g/ 2 biji Mangga saiz besar dan masak,kupas dan potong kiub (Topping)
  • 2 sudu besar/ cawan Isi limau bali, kupas dan buang biji (Topping)

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 3 Tapiskan sagu, di dalam periuk masukkan air dan sagu. Biarkan masak selama 20 minit sehingga sagu masak sepenuhnya dan menjadi lut sinar. tapiskan sagu, dan bilas dengan air sejuk. Campurkan sagu, air, Krimer Sejat CARNATION®, dan garam ke dalam mangkuk adunan. Mengetepikan.

Ingredients

  • 300g Sago, soaked in water for 30 minutes (sago layer)
  • 2L Water (sago layer)
  • 1 can CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer (sago layer)
  • 200ml Water (sago layer)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (sago layer)
  • 600g / 2 nos Large, ripe mangoes – peel and cut into cubes (mango puree)
  • 250g Ice (mango puree)
  • 50g Sugar (mango puree)
  • 500g / 2nos Large, ripe mangoes - peel and cut into cubes (condiments)
  • 2 tbsp/cup Pomelo pulps, skinned and seeded (condiments)

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 3 Drain the sago, in a pot add the water and sago. Leave it to cook until for 20 minutes until sago fully cook and translucent. Strain the sago, and wash with cold water. Mix the sago, water, CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, and salt into a mixing bowl. Set aside.
  • STEP 2 of 3 To prepare the mango puree. Blend the mango, ice, and sugar in a blender until fine paste. Set aside
  • STEP 3 of 3 Divide the mango puree equally into 6 glasses, layer each glass with the sago mix. Lastly top with mango and pomelo pulp equally. Serve immediately
