  • 2 sudu besar Sos ikan
  • 2 sudu besar Jus limau
  • ¼ cawan Susu Isian Sejat F&N BUY

  • 15g Lengkuas
  • 2-3 helai Daun limau purut
  • 20g / 1 batang Serai
  • 5g / 1 biji Cili padi
  • 5g / 1 batang Akar ketumbar
  • 120g Cendawan
  • Bahan Segar
  • 120g Udang

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 5 Didihkan Air di dalam periuk sederhana, masukkan semua bahan kering.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Reneh selama 10 minit.
  • STEP 3 of 5 Masukkan semua bahan perasa , Masukkan udang dan masak selama 3 minit.
  • STEP 4 of 5 Akhir sekali, masukkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan kacau.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Hidangkan segera

Ingredients

  • Seasoning
  • 500ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Thai chili paste
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • ¼ cup F&N Evaporated Filled Milk BUY
  • Dry Ingredient
  • 15g Galangal
  • 2-3 leaves Kaffir lime leaf
  • 20g / 1 stalk Lemon Grass
  • 5g / 1 stalk Bird eye chili
  • 5g / 1 stalk Cilantro roots
  • Fresh Ingredient
  • 120g Prawn

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 5 Bring Water to boil in a medium pot, add in all the dry ingredients listed above.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Simmer for 10 minutes
  • STEP 3 of 5 add in all the seasoning ingredients listed above, bring to a boil and add in prawn and cook for 3 minutes.
  • STEP 4 of 5 Lastly, swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk give it a stir.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Dish out
