Bahan-bahan
- 100g Kelapa parut kering
- 100g Gula
- 150g Susu Isian Sejat F&N BUY
- 200 g Krimer Manis Kalsium Tinggi F&N BUY
- 30 g Mentega/ Minyak sapi
- 2 sudu kecil Esen vanilla
- 1 1/2 sudu kecil Pewarna makanan
Langkah-langkah
- STEP 1 of 5 Dengan api sederhana, panaskan non stick pan, satukan kesemua ramuan gula- gula kelapa.
- STEP 2 of 5 Masak selama 30-40 minit. Kacau adunan sehingga kering, menjadi doh dan tidak melekat pada kuali.
- STEP 3 of 5 Tuangkan ke dalam loyang dan tekan bagi rata dan padat.
- STEP 4 of 5 Bila sejuk, potong gula- gula dengan mengikut saiz di kehendaki.
- STEP 5 of 5 Balutlah dengan pembalut gula- gula dan simpan di dalam bekas kerap udara.
Ingredients
- 100g Desiccated coconut
- 100g Sugar
- 150g F&N Evaporated Filled Milk BUY
- 200g F&N High Calcium Sweetened Creamer BUY
- 30g Butter/ Ghee
- 1 1/2 tsp Food colouring
- 40 pcs Candy wrapper
- 40 keping Pembalut gula-gula
Directions
- STEP 1 of 5 Combine together all the ingredients listed. Cook and mix well on medium heat.
- STEP 2 of 5 Stir constantly until sugar dissolves and coconut clumps together, about 30-40 minutes till it forms into dough.
- STEP 3 of 5 Transfer mixture to prepared container. Level surface evenly. Press firmly with cling wrap. Set candy aside to cool.
- STEP 4 of 5 Cut candy to desire size once it’s cool and set.
- STEP 5 of 5 Wrap individual candy with candy wrapper and store in air tight jar.
