  • 240ml Susu Coklat Magnolia
  • 180g Krim Putar
  • 30g Tepung Jagung
  • 60g Gula
  • 40g Julie’s Kiub Wafer Berkrim Mentega Kacang
  • 200g Kompaun Coklat

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 7 Campurkan Susu Coklat Magnolia, gula, tepung jagung dan whipping cream dalam periuk. .
  • STEP 2 of 7 Kacau dengan api kecil hingga pekat, kira-kira 5 minit (jangan mendidih).
  • STEP 3 of 7 Saring campuran ke dalam acuan loli ais, biarkan sejuk.
  • STEP 4 of 7 Masukkan Julie’s Kiub Wafer Berkrim Mentega Kacang dan beku semalaman.
  • STEP 5 of 7 Cairkan kompaun coklat
  • STEP 6 of 7 Celupkan loli ais ke dalam campuran coklat dan kembali ke peti sejuk.
  • STEP 7 of 7 Hidangkan!

Ingredients

  • 240ml Magnolia Chocolate Milk
  • 180g Whipping Cream
  • 30g Corn Starch
  • 60g Sugar
  • 40g Julie’s Peanut Butter Wafer
  • 200g Compound Chocolate

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 7 Combine Magnolia Chocolate Milk ,sugar, corn starch and whipping cream in a saucepan. .
  • STEP 2 of 7 Stir over low heat until thickens ,about 5 minutes (do not boil)
  • STEP 3 of 7 Strain the mixture into ice lolies mold and allow to cool.
  • STEP 4 of 7 Add in Julie’s Peanut Butter Wafer and freeze it overnight.
  • STEP 5 of 7 Melt the compound chocolate
  • STEP 6 of 7 Dip the ice lolies in chocolate mixture and return to freezer to set
  • STEP 7 of 7 Serve!
