Bahan-bahan

  • 3 sudu besar Mentega
  • 1 biji Bawang kuning, dicincang
  • 2 ulas Bawang putin, dicincang
  • ½ sudu teh Daun herba Campuran
  • 1.5 sudu besar Tepung
  • 1 batang Saderi, potong dadu
  • 1 biji Kentang, potong dadu
  • 1 batang Lobak, cincang
  • 2 helai Daun salam
  • 1 cawan Ayam, dicincang
  • 1L Stok ayam
  • ¾ sudu teh Garam
  • ½ sudu teh Serbuk lada hitam
  • 1 cawan Susu Isian Sejat F&N BUY

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 5 Sediakan periuk, cairkan mentega dengan api sederhana kemudian tumis bawang, saderi, bawang putih, dan daun herba campuran sehingga harum.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Masukkan kentang, lobak, daun salam, dan stok ayam. Masak sehingga mendidihkan.
  • STEP 3 of 5 Masukkan garam dan lada. Didihkan selama 10 minit sambil dikacau, sampai kentang menjadi lembut
  • STEP 4 of 5 Tuangkan Susu Isian Sejat F&N dan masak sehingga mendidih. Keluar dari api.
  • STEP 5 of 5 Hidangkan dengan segera.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 no Yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1.5 tbsp Flour
  • 1 stalk Celery, cubed
  • 1 pc Potato, cubed
  • 1 pc Carrot, chopped
  • 2 pcs Bay leaves
  • 1 cup Chicken, shredded
  • 1L Chicken stock
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 can F&N Evaporated Filled Milk BUY

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 5 In a pot, melt butter over medium heat then sauté onion, celery, garlic, and mix herb until fragrant.
  • STEP 2 of 5 Add in potato, carrot, bay leaves, and chicken stock. Bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 3 of 5 Add in salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 min while stirring it constantly or until potato is soft.
  • STEP 4 of 5 Swirl in F&N Evaporated Filled Milk and bring it to a boil. Dish out
  • STEP 5 of 5 Serve immediately.
