Ingredients

  • 1 packWonton skin
  • 500 mlOil
  • Filling
  • 4 nosApple, cubes
  • 1/4 cupSugar
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1/2 cupCARNATION® Evaporated Creamer
  • 2 tbspCorn flour
  • 30 gRaisin

Instruction

  • Step 1To prepare filling, combine apple, sugar and butter then cook over medium heat for 5 mins. Add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, corn flour and raisin, cook until thicken. Set aside to cool.
  • Step 2Wrap the filling with wonton skin.
  • Step 3Deep fried with oil until golden brown and serve hot.
