  • 4 biji Epal, dipotong kiub (inti)
  • 1/4 cawan Gula (inti)
  • 1 sudu besar Mentega (inti)
  • 1/2 cawan Krimer Sejat CARNATION® (inti) BUY
  • 2 sudu besar Tepung jagung (inti)
  • 30g Kismis (inti)

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 3 Untuk menyediakan inti, campurkan epal, gula dan mentega di dalam periuk. Masak dengan api sederhana selama 5 minit. Tambah Krimer Sejat CARNATION®, tepung jagung dan kismis, masak sehingga inti menjadi pekat dan ketepikan.
  • STEP 2 of 3 Balutkan inti dengan kulit wantan.
  • STEP 3 of 3 Goreng sehingga perang keemasan dan sedia dihidang.

  • STEP 1 of 3 To prepare filling, combine apple, sugar and butter then cook over medium heat for 5 mins. Add in CARNATION® Evaporated Creamer, corn flour and raisin, cook until thicken. Set aside to cool.
  • STEP 2 of 3 Wrap the filling with wonton skin.
  • STEP 3 of 3 Deep fried with oil until golden brown and serve hot.
