  • 60g Mentegah sejuk, dipotong kiub (kerak)
  • 60g Gula (kerak)
  • 120g Susu Segar Magnolia (kerak) BUY

Langkah-langkah

  • STEP 1 of 7 Panaskan ketuhar ke 190 ° C.
  • STEP 2 of 7 Satukan epal, strawberi dan gula dalam mangkuk dan biarkan selama 10 minit.
  • STEP 3 of 7 Cairkan mentega dalam kuali dengan api sederhana. Masukkan epal dan strawberi, masak selama 15 minit.

  • 150g All-purpose flour (crust)
  • 2 tsp Baking powder (crust)
  • 60g Cold butter, cut cubes (crust)
  • 60g Sugar (crust)
  • 120g Magnolia Pasteurized Milk (crust) BUY

Directions

  • STEP 1 of 7 Preheat the oven to 190°C
  • STEP 2 of 7 Combine apple, strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let it sit for 10 mins.
  • STEP 3 of 7 Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Add in apple and strawberries, cook for 15 mins.
  • STEP 4 of 7 Add in flour and cook for 5 mins. Remove from heat and stir in raspberries. Transfer to baking dish and set aside
  • STEP 5 of 7 Combine flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add in butter and rub in with fingers until crumb like texture. Add in Magnolia Pasteurized Milk and stir until well combined.
  • STEP 6 of 7 Ladle the batter individually around the baking dish and baking for 40 mins or until golden brown.
  • STEP 7 of 7 Serve the cobbler warm with vanilla ice cream (optional).
